All our @bookKeeper Consulting financial services are conducted under an Off-Site model. We do not get in the way of your business activities, and utilise our own resources to complete the required activities. We are professionally accredited and certified bookkeepers and also maintain a BAS supervisory arrangement with ABN BAS Pty Ltd ABN 15 140 731 657 (BAS Agent # 91970004), in compliance with the requirements of TASA 2009 and the Taxation Practitioners Board.

We set up professional accounting systems for all your business needs and perform all our work under our off-site model, with free document pick up and delivery. We make sure you know where you stand and we maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to support our activities.

We have supervisory arrangements in place, which provides us with the legislative qualification for preparation, lodgement, giving advice on BAS to clients, and software training. We are professionally accredited and certified bookkeepers and also maintain a BAS supervisory arrangement with ABN BAS Pty Ltd ABN 15 140 731 657 (BAS Agent # 91970004), in compliance with the requirements of TASA 2009 and the Taxation Practitioners Board. Bookkeeping Rates

Onsite bookkeeping

$55.00/hr + GST

- Strictly six hours per visit
- Office space for bookkeeper
- Computer with own bookkeeping software, company file and data
- Operate in MYOB or QuickBooks

Offsite bookkeeping

$55.00/hr + GST

- Minimum 6 hours per week
- No office space required
- Computer with own bookkeeping software, company file and data
- Company file and data on USB
- Operate in MYOB or QuickBooks

Onsite MYOB training and phone assistance provided by Freedom Training

$140.00/hr + GST

Training prerequisites include:
- Basic computer skills
- Moderate written and verbal English skills
- Numeracy skills
- Computer with own bookkeeping software, company file and data

MYOB short courses provided by Freedom Training

Bookkeeping Services Rates

Hourly bookkeeper rates from $50/hr*, average client cost of $300/month* and minimum monthly cost of $150/month*.

*Ex GST. Fixed price monthly service also available.

Hourly Rates

Standard Bookkeeping (work done at Bizgro) $55/hour + GST
Advanced Bookkeeping (work done at Bizgro) $66/hour + GST**
Onsite Bookkeeping (work done at client premise) $60/hour + GST
Travel $60/hour + GST
Accounting / Checking /Training $70-$110/hour + GST***

**Around 25% will be at the advanced rate. Includes items like finalising the month’s books, reporting, BAS and dealing with adhoc items (ie loans, payroll questions etc).

*** Only offered to a select few businesses in special circumstances.

Average client cost

$300/mth+GST (approx $3,600/yr + GST).

Minimum monthly cost

$150/mth + GST.

Fixed price easy monthly payments

Yes we can. After a period of time we can determine with you a reasonable monthly payment that we are both happy with. How soon we can offer a fixed price will depend on how predictable our workload on your bookkeeping will be.
